Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect your travel plans. Please review our cancellation policy and procedure in case you need to cancel or reschedule your adventure with us.

  • Cancellation more than 72 Hours in advance: If you need to cancel your trip more than 72 hours prior to departure, you can do so for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Cancellation within 72 hours: If you need to cancel (as opposed to reschedule) your trip within 72 hours from departure, due to our obligations to our various partner vendors we will be unable to offer a refund or credit and the tour fee will be forfeited.
  • Inclement Weather: In the event of tour cancellation due to inclement weather, guests will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour to a later date (pending availability). If there is an inclement weather cancellation, you will be contacted via email by a massAdventures team member as soon as possible.

Cancellation Procedure:

If you need to cancel your trip, please email us at [email protected]. We will process your cancellation and issue a refund if applicable. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method.

Tour Reschedule:

You may reschedule your tour with no penalty if you are more than 72 hours prior to your tour departure. If you request to reschedule within 72 hours of your tour departure, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply. If you wish to reschedule your trip please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you.
