Mike was extremely kind and helpful from the moment our train arrived to when it departed. Everything about the trip was truely seamless! The maple sugaring tour itself was also an incredibly unique and fun experience.”

” Not only were the staff very knowledgeable and extremely courteous, we had issues with pickup due to miscommunication from Topsfield Fair, but Keolis went above and beyond to not only make sure we got home, but made sure we were safe as well! Shoutout to Keolis for picking up the phone when I thought there was a huge problem and the driver was amazing!
