“Mike was an excellent driver & guide, went above and beyond to make sure we all got on and off the van safely, walked us in to the fair, showed us where to meet him, gave us his phone number, and was waiting promptly when it was time to pick us up. Too bad he couldn’t be cloned, because companies need more wonderful staff members like him. The Topsfield Fair trip was well worth the $65 cost including train fare, $20 fair admission, and a $12 food voucher..”

Snowshoeing Adventure – WOW! The day went smoothly from pickup to drop-off – Thank you Mike. The hike and trail were just the right rolling pace for me as I have not snowshoed in 5+ years. The recent snow revealed the landscape’s winter secrets – animal tracks, icy river flows, and fragrant conifers. Mason was very knowledgeable of the landscape and was attentive to everyone in the group. He put everyone at ease throughout the hike and offered assistance when needed. Halie ensured that all the highlights of the day were captured – I can’t wait to see the collage of the day. I am thankful for the partnership between Mass Adventures and Adventures East.

“A friend and I experienced the Keolis Mass Adventure Waterfall Hike trip this past Saturday and I highly recommend it! Our driver Mike, personable and a wonderful drive, picked us up at South Station and drove us to meet our guides John, Mason and Camille I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable the entire crew was from start to finish. ” Not only were the staff very knowledgeable and extremely courteous, we had issues with pickup due to miscommunication from Topsfield Fair, but Keolis went above and beyond to not only make sure we got home, but made sure we were safe as well! ” Terrific experience and a wonderful day despite rains and wind at the New England Botanical Garden. Perhaps given the weather, we were the only travelers, so Keolis subbed a Lyft instead of shuttle ~ all done very smoothly and easily! Train was fun and relaxing versus a long drive. Will definitely try another Keolis adventure! “
