The DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum stands as a globally renowned center for the exhibition and interpretation of modern and contemporary outdoor sculptures. Spanning 30 acres, the sculpture park encompasses beautifully landscaped lawns, forests, fields, gardens, and terraces along Flint’s Pond in Lincoln, Massachusetts.
With approximately 60 sculptures on display, the park offers a diverse range of artistic expressions that enhance the outdoor environment (those particularly interested in spending time outdoors will find additional nature tours among our Day Trips Near Boston).
Embark on a deeper exploration of the DeCordova Sculpture Garden by joining a tour guided by our knowledgeable staff. Engage in vibrant conversations that delve into various aspects of the art, including the artists’ backgrounds, their creative processes, the materials used, and the rich history of the institution.
Participants will have the opportunity to inquire about their favorite sculptures, discover new acquisitions, and gain insights into the campus’s evolution—from the sculpting forces of glaciers to the remarkable transformation of Julien and Lizzie de Cordova’s home into the current sculpture park and museum.
