This was my 2nd snowshoeing trip with Keolis Mass Adventures and I’ve just signed up for my 3rd! I think that says it all but I will elaborate:

Our driver, Mike, was helpful, respectful, and good-humoured; and provided us with a safe and comfortable tround-trip as always.

Our guide, Mason provided us with a terrific hike with his knowledge of the flora and the fauna, and an easy snowshoe tutorial for those who needed it. He was very respectful and approachable as well. I loved the opportunity to learn about woodpeckers, coyotes, and how the conservation land was established.

The planners behind Keolis Mass Adventures always seem to know where we will experience the best and most beautiful parts of Massachusetts in a day-trip. I would 100% recommend their trips!

Another great show shoe experience from Keolis and Down East Adventures. This time to Peaked Mountain in Monson.

Our driver, Mike, was friendly professional and planned a rest stop on the way there as well as a place to get a quick bite on the way home. He made sure that we didn’t slip on ice leaving the van.

John from Down East Adventures provided lots of guidance on how to use the equipment as well as explaining various animal tracks in the snow. This was a longer route in the woods, well worth every step under a blue sky. Upon reaching the summit, the views of the farms and mountains in the distance are are outstanding. We even heard a rooster

Snowshoeing Adventure – WOW! The day went smoothly from pickup to drop-off – Thank you Mike. The hike and trail were just the right rolling pace for me as I have not snowshoed in 5+ years. The recent snow revealed the landscape’s winter secrets – animal tracks, icy river flows, and fragrant conifers. Mason was very knowledgeable of the landscape and was attentive to everyone in the group. He put everyone at ease throughout the hike and offered assistance when needed. Halie ensured that all the highlights of the day were captured – I can’t wait to see the collage of the day. I am thankful for the partnership between Mass Adventures and Adventures East.

From the shuttle ride, to the actual guided hike, everything ran smoothly! The shuttle driver (Mike), the Keolis representative (Halie), and the guide (Mason) were all very respectful, approachable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They were very prepared with supplies (including food and drink) to make every guest feel comfortable.
